I love these jars. They're awesome. First off, they are pretty heavy glass, so they are ready to take bumps from different items on a shelf without you having to worry about injury. They are very neatly-made with nice smooth sides on the lips of the jar, now not all tough and chippy really feeling like on low cost jars.
