Hi, I really love this device! I just received the same message that they cannot fulfill my order!!???? I have NO complaints about it product, and I expect it to become a bit messy in summer season!. The jar is superb. I sold it to make an Easter basket out of for my spouse (saw it in a Martha journal I was throwing within the recycle bin). It got here in like 2 days, simply in time. Only I ordered the 1L size and received the .75L size. They stated they would ship me a replacement and I may ship the different one again. ( days go by way of and no new jar. So I contact them about it. They inform me they're going to refund me the transport I originally paid, and that ship me a model new alternative 2 day air so I get it fast.

The authentic substitute tracking data was once entered the day I contacted them (they by no implys sent it) and the 2 day air one by no means showed up both. I contacted them once extra about it and so they simply selected to not respond to me anymore.

Both replacement jars ended up displaying up, but it was like 2 weeks after I at the beginning contacted them.

Just come easy with your mistakes and restore them. Needless to assert, not doing business from them once extra.

I purchased two .5 Liter jars at a garage sale for $1 per jar. Although I even have enough jars in my kitchen to store flour, sugar, nuts and so on. the prime quality of the jars swayed me into purchasing them. It was once one of the crucial best kitchen purchases I ever made! I even have owned 2 totally different models of jars up to now. The other brands had very susceptible seals and weren't sturdy in any respect. I shall be changing all of my jars with this model, even supposing they are costlier. Nothing else will store flour and different merchandises without getting moisture in it. So happy I discovered these at that storage sale.
